Warehouse Associate

Description: Immediately seeking an OS&D/Scanning Associate to support our Inbound Operations Department. Duties include; resolution of billing issues, request Bills of Lading from partner carriers, conducting nightly freight inspection and inventory with hand scanner, updating notes and contacting partner carriers as needed, use of a propane powered sit-down forklift and some freight handling will be required in this position.

Requirements: Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma/GED, excellent data entry skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail. Must be dependable, self-motivated and able to work well with others. Strong verbal and written communication skills. MS Office. Previous experience in the transportation industry and/or TruckMate software preferred.

Hours: Monday - Friday; 5:00PM - 1:30AM

Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate DOE

Benefits: This is a full-time position with a full benefits package available.
