Yardman Delivery Driver

Description

This position is responsible for the actual distribution or movement of products/services to the customer. By assuring accuracy and completeness to the delivering of Office Supplies to the end user.

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of administrative/clerical procedures such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
• Knowledge of office products/supplies.
• Knowledge of area climate and weather changes and challenges in driving.
• Knowledge of area business and program locations and towns.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas both orally and in writing.
• Ability to incorporate logic and reasoning, combining information to form general rules or conclusions.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, percentages, area, and volume.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to assist other office staff in their time of need.
• Skilled in telephone procedures, etiquette, diplomacy.
• Skilled in the operation office equipment; printers, copiers, fax, 10 key adding machines, personal computers.
• Skilled in the operation of related software such as; Microsoft excel, word, outlook, internet.
• Skilled in the operation of accounting software Quickbooks.

Position Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED and two (2) years work related experience
• Valid Drivers license and insurance for travel between sites and other business related destinations.
