Rental Supervisor

Who We're Looking For:

Are you a dynamic leader with a knack for motivating team members to reach new heights and exceed lofty goals? Do you have at least two years of proven experience in rental store operations and have no problem working one part in the trenches, one part in a leadership role to help accomplish financial and strategic goals in a fast-paced, challenging industry? If so, do your best work with Acme Tools as a Rental Supervisor!

What You'll Take Ownership Of:

• Ensuring customer service standards are met
• Organizing and monitoring upkeep of Rental department
• Assisting customers at the Rental counter
• Assessing financial reports including billing and inventory documents, productivity measurements, and budget analysis
• Supervising, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating employee performance
• Assisting in interviewing and hiring employees
• Being able to perform all the duties of a Rental Associate and assisting at the rental counter
• Rolling with the punches with other related duties as assigned

Need To Haves:

• Extensive knowledge of tools and equipment
• Mechanical aptitude
• Excellent supervisory, customer service, and organizational skills
• Computer skills, including: ability to easily navigate the internet, knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, and ability to run point of sales and rental software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Experience and Skill Preferred:

• 2+ years of previous supervisory experience in a related field
