Recreation Customer Service Representative

This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military environments to a 3M career.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Provide professional activities and service to guests
Assist coordination AM & PM with activities performed
Positive support of all safety, quality and productivity programs
Provide presentation skills and an ability to teach or train
Responsible for maintaining stock working inventories, requesting replacements
Strong knowledge of how to operate and maintain recreational equipment
Control of environmental management process for water and woodland use
This position will require:

Weekend work (depending on rotation of schedule)
Working holidays (depending on rotation of schedule)
Frequent physical demands, including:
Frequently lifting up to 25 lbs. (unassisted)
Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. (unassisted)
Working at heights (utilizing ladders)
Operating machinery, including a company vehicle
Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer facing role in an outdoor recreational environment in a private, public, government or military environment
Possess a current and valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Effective communication skills
Strong presentation skills and an ability to teach or train
Skills include MS Office experience
Formal outdoor equipment training/certification
Possess a CDL class C driver's license with passenger endorsement
