Description
The Sales/Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing effective marketing strategies that will ensure maximum occupancy levels in all areas of the campus. This position will work alongside leadership in the community to: plan, organize and direct all activities involved in direct marketing and sales efforts with prospective residents for Edgewood. Assess market areas; participate in developing marketing program, provide input to promotional materials and monitor local results; develop and maintain relationships with the community to determine needs and satisfaction; maintain good working relationship with clients, prospects, employees, and referral sources; ensure high quality resident and family relations throughout the cycle of move-in, residency and move-out processes.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum degree requirement is an Associate’s degree in a related field of study.
- Work experience that demonstrates increased level of responsibility, customer service and professional growth.
