For this purpose, we have developed a world-class training curriculum that each of our employees goes through during their time at Home Instead Senior Care. We take training seriously and cover a wide variety of issues related to aging.

How would you describe the company leadership/team management? Mary Andrews started the franchise in 2004 because of her grandparent connection and fond memories from those years. That carries over into her career today. Its the people connection our caregivers provide to our seniors that is the most important. Her staff and clients are the priority for Home Instead Senior Care.

Where do you see the company/organization in the upcoming years? According to the World Health Organization (WHO), there were 703 million persons aged 65 years or over in the world in 2019. The number of older persons is projected to double to 1.5 billion by 2050. Therefore the demand for home care in our communities remain steady and consistent.

 

What do you feel candidates need to know about the company before applying? Most of our hiring process and training can be provided virtually from the comfort of your own home. Training's are paid and materials provided. We run necessary background checks on new hires which include 2 criminals, a DMV, random drug screens and the social security skip trace reports.
