Family owned and operated, we are presently seeking a Human Resource Professional to join our banking family. The desirable candidate will enjoy working with a wide variety of people (both staff and customers) and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources management; banking background a plus but not a requirement. Candidates should have an HR Generalist background and be able to multi-task and manage all duties for a department of one.
Highlights of this role includes:
Managing the confidential day-to-day operations of the HR department
Developing, managing, and monitoring recruitment and selection strategies and processes
Preparing and maintaining payroll, compensation, training & development
Maintaining and updating policies, procedures and employee records
Bridging the relationships between management and employee relations all while providing a winning attitude in a team atmosphere
