Job Summary
The Provider Outreach and Education Representative is responsible for providing written, verbal, and visual education to providers that assist in reducing the Error Rate (ER), building positive working relationships, and ensuring enrollment and related billing guidance is available. This position provides education through telephone contacts, written communications, internet, and in-person visits utilizing the most innovative and cost effective technologies.

Essential Functions
Key Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Creates written publications and presentations.
- Facilitates large and small group meetings via teleconference, online or in person.
- Reviews and interprets claim denials.
- Researches and problem solves.
- Mentors and trains all new peers/employees.
- Organizes and prioritizes.
- Multi-tasks to meet various deadlines.
- Networks and builds relationships.
- Contributes to the creation of a plan of events annually.
Non-Essential Duties and Functions
- Creates and interprets data analysis.

Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or 4 years' Medicare experience
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional writing skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
- Ability to work under time constraints
Preferred Qualifications:
Above requirements and the following:
- Prior training and/or public speaking experience
- Able to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Previous Call Center experience
- Knowledge of the Medicare claims processing program
- Knowledge of CMS Regulations and Guidance

- Ability to read, hear, speak, keyboard, reason, communicate effectively and problem solve
- Requires prolonged sitting and telephone usage
- Requires the use of office equipment such as computer terminals, telephones, headsets, copiers and printers

- Sitting, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling
- Travel up to 30%
