Blue Sky Support Services of Brainerd, MN is seeking a Direct Support Professional with creativity, compassion, and enthusiasm that can work part-time (20-32hrs) Mon-Friday, 8am-4pm, providing direct support services to adults with disabilities.
The primary purpose of the Direct Support Professional position is to ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals Blue Sky, Inc provides services to, while implementing individual outcomes, documenting progress, and response to program services. Previous direct care service and/or job coaching experience preferred, and/or the ability to provide one-on-one care in a team-friendly setting. Fun and casual work environment. Competitive wage depending on experience. High school diploma/GED and background check required.
