Recruiter- Grand Forks, ND

Kelly Services is now looking for a temporary, experienced, Recruiter for LM Wind Power- a GE Renewable Energy business.   This position pays $28 per hour and will last 6 months with the potential for longer.

Job Details:

• Monday- Friday day hours (flexible but prefer 8am-5pm)
• Temporary assignment lasting 6 months plus depending on customer need

Job Duties:

Day-to-day

• Conduct interviews for vacant positions
• Recruit and hire the best candidates.
• Execute recruiting strategy in assigned areas
• Maintain HR systems and properly file and complete all new hire and employee paperwork in a timely manner.

Communication

• Send supervisors and managers reports as needed.
• Support employees on any HR related questions.

Performance

• Help to ensure 100 percent accuracy in electronic and paper employee files.
• Participate in internal department audits and resolve any assigned CAPA's.
• Perform all other reasonable duties as requested by LM Wind Power.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in recruitment improvement activities.
• 100% Accuracy with compliance to Federal Regulations for payroll and benefits.
• Maintain compliance with the associated laws and regulations.

Power of Authority

• Execute changes in HR systems.
• Assist supervisor and managers in using HR related computer programs.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in staffing or full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution skills
