Job Details
Gast Construction Co. Inc, a Commercial General Contractor located in Fargo ND, is looking for a Project Manager with 3-5 years’ experience managing commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Projects will be new construction, and remodeling projects ranging from 10k – 25MM.
Gast project manager’s work closely with project superintendents, contract administrators, and are accountable for project budgets, schedule, scope, and quality on their projects. Candidates must have a clear understanding of scheduling, estimating, project cost control, and communication with Engineers, Architects and customers.

Job Type: Full Time
Education: Bachelor’s in Construction Management, 2 year associate degree in Construction Management, Architectural Drafting and Estimating.
