Fargo Apartment Complex is now hiring a Property Maintenance Associate. If you enjoy variety and have a strong maintenance background – this may be the right position for you! Perform general maintenance and repair duties such as fixing clogged drains, patching holes, painting and snow removal for 180 Unit Apartment Complex. Ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. Must be able to pass company Criminal Background Screening. Pay starts at $17-$19/Hour depending on experience.
