Customer Accounts Specialist

This position performs job duties associated with customer service, including customer billing, collection of accounts, meter management, cashiering, operation of office equipment, and handling customer inquiries, to manage the overall customer impression of Moorhead Public Service (MPS).

Minimum qualifications include an associate's degree in a business-related field and one year of customer service and bookkeeping experience.

Desired qualifications include three years of customer service and bookkeeping experience.

The current wage range is $15.53 to $25.89 per hour. Benefits include pension (Minnesota Public Employee Retirement Association), health insurance, and generous vacation and sick leave.
