Job Details
Engstrom Bean & Seed is looking for a qualified individual to supervise production on the overnight shift in our Leeds, ND facility.
The candidate will need the ability to lead employees to meet or exceed quality and production standards. Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred.
Some duties will include but not limited to:
- Maintaining plant production
- Ensuring all Food Safety Standards are being maintained
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and turned in at the end of the shift
- Ensuring all safety standards are being followed
- Ensuring site security
This position includes very competitive wages as well as Health/Vision/Dental after 30 days employment and retirement plan after 1 year.
Leeds is located 30 miles west of Devils Lake, ND on US Highway 2. Prime location for hunting, fishing, and all other outdoor activities.
