One Rep is a new Construction Management Company located in Fargo, ND, dedicated to performing high quality construction services in the hospitality industry. This is accomplished through a proven delivery method by trained professionals with vast industry knowledge. ROLE: Reporting to the AVP of Construction, a project coordinator is responsible for overseeing and directing hotel renovation projects from conception to completion. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist the project management team with the preparation of construction drawings, scope of works, budgets, and preliminary schedules • Prepare documents and secure building permits from local jurisdictions • Solicit contractor estimates, issue contracts, letters of intent, etc. • Assist procurement to ensure purchase orders are issued accurately and on time • Confer with contractors and operations to keep project on schedule and maintain scope of work • Use project software to track projects’ progress • Work with project management team to send out project status reports • Track & manage change orders, schedule delays • Ensure all required project close out documents are obtained • Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others • Travel may be required to inspect quality and completion of projects • Complete other duties as needed to support the construction and renovation projects. QUALIFICATIONS: • Degree or working towards a degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering • Familiarity with construction methods and the building codes • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and construction processes. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include, but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Self-Starter with ability to work independently and collectively as a part of a team. • Problem solver with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with deadlines • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. • Demonstrates professionalism and exceptional organizational skills. • Flexible hours, including travel to project sites and periodic evening work as needed
