Job Information

Define, acquire, coordinate, utilize and administer the people, plant, equipment, tooling, materials, and financial resources necessary at the Gwinner location to convert Engineering design into world class products at competitive costs, while generating acceptable returns to the company.

Role & Responsibility

  • Employee Safety and Health-Lead the development and implementation of best in class processes in employee safety and health.
  • Overall Plant Leadership-Positive, constructive interaction of plant with all Bobcat functions.
  • Employee Development and Growth-2 G strategy implementation for all functions within plant operations.
  • Competitive Product Quality-Lead the development and implementation of best in class processes in cost and productivity. Plant profitability return on assets. Manage & maintain investments in property plant & equipment.
  • Plant Profitability/Return on Assets/Inventory-Development and execution of plant annual operation plans. Inventory planning.
  • Availability of Product to Meet Demand-Lead the development and implementation of best in class processes to assure customer satisfaction and execution of SIOP plan.
  • Time Introduction of New Product-Management of operations functions to deliver new products on time, at target cost and quality.
  • Manage and Maintain Investments in Property, Plant and Equipment-Capital expense planning and execution.
  • Recognition as Good Corporate Citizen-Demonstration of Doosan company benefits to community and employee families.


Job Requirement

  • Any – Master’s Degree
  • Knowledge of operations
  • Ability to use MS Office
  • 10>15 years of experience of Operations management of an ISB-related company
  • Experience working as an executive covering finance in a manufacturing company
  • Preliminary Lean Six Sigma course and Financial Management & Business Innovation course
  • Complex assessment of continuous multi-level operations to assure customers satisfaction in safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory and people performance.
  • Ability to identify abnormalities and resolve quickly through sub-ordinate personnel and obtain support from external functions

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
•These are entry level opportunities
•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
