The Customer Planning and Logistics Supervisor ensures Cirrus creates a positive customer training and ownership experience through efficient and accurate deployment of resources. This role ensures cost-effective processes for Cirrus fleet administration. Responsibilities include setting up resources to support the customer training path, providing customers access to the online learning system, preparing and shipping customer training materials, and coordinating with the Flight Operations and Flight Instruction Team. In addition, the Customer Planning and Logistics Supervisor will review and confirm invoicing and billing for customer training to ensure proper payment. The Customer Planning and Logistics Supervisor must be enthusiastic in fostering a professional, hassle-free training and ownership experience for Cirrus aircraft pilots and owners.

Supervisory Responsibility:

The following positions will report to the Customer Planning and Logistics Supervisor:

Essential Duties:
    • Be a contact for Cirrus aircraft owners and represent Cirrus training process and culture
    • Ensure Cirrus fleet administration meets business and customer needs
    • Implement and manage the Cirrus TSA management system
    • Monitor and comply with the periodic TSA inspection requirements
    • Implement and improve a record keeping system in concert with the Flight Operations Department
    • Be a liaison for customer communication through writing and monitoring the flight training schedule, preparing and shipping training materials
    • Monitor and maintain the Training Management System for records and quality control auditing
    • Conduct budget tracking, implementation and department analytics
    • Monitor and issue Learning Management System (LMS) accounts and customer help desk
    • Schedule customer training events, prepare itineraries for customer use
    • Monitor and manage flight training team schedules
    • Maintain crucial customer training records for every training event. Audit flight instructor records to ensure that reports are filled out completely and without error
    • Ensure a safe, efficient, and fair schedule for Flight Operations pilots, taking into account extended training missions, weather limitations, aircraft availability, vacation requests, and other factors.
    • Work closely with Delivery Team Advisors to schedule training and accommodate date changes requested internally or by the customer.
    • Confirm flight instructor activity records and expense reports to ensure that Cirrus receives payment for services provided and reimbursement for incidental expenses, if requested by Business Administrator
    • Manage all aspects of the CSIP & Platinum programs and facilitate renewal flights and certifications
    • Locate and hire contract pilots where needed to provide coverage and process associated charges
    • Export monthly GEAC accounting and review - work with accounting to re-allocate internal charges associated with the addendum and Cirrus Experience
    • Monitor and promote uninterrupted JetStream relationships with customers
    • Identify, compile and maintain various metrics


  • Education and/or Experience:
  • 4 years experience in business administration/customer service role
  • Associates degree or higher in business administration/customer service field
  • Experience in General or Commercial Aviation in aircraft and schedules management
  • Aviation Business experience preferred
  • A working knowledge of aviation/aviation administration preferred
