Member Services & Marketing Rep

Primary responsibilities include participating in a comprehensive Member Services Program by giving prompt, efficient and courteous service to Members. This includes addressing Member concerns and inquiries, and effectively resolving any issues within the scope of this position.
Marketing, design and promotion are also part of the duties for this position, including, but not limited to, planning and preparing internal and external publications, and maintenance of websites and social media.
A four-year degree from an accredited college or university is preferred but not required. Applicant must have experience demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills.
