Job Description
A Technical Publisher is responsible for completing the following duties:
- Develop and maintain operation, maintenance, installation, and parts manuals for Superior products across all divisions
- Identify, create, and maintain equipment safety and informational decals
- Provide various departments with technical publications support
- Complete all tasks according to planned schedule
- Develop required technical publications for new products or procedures
- Work with Engineering and Production on proper decal placement
- Support customers/dealers with a means of acquiring aftermarket technical information
- Create specialty manuals to fit end user requirements
- Help prepare/develop technical documents and presentations for customer/dealer product training

- Technical and mechanical aptitude
- Simple and to the point writing skills for step by step instructions

- Able to use Window-based software
