Radio Marketing-Advertising Salesperson

KSJB 600-AM and Mix 93.3-FM Radio in Jamestown, ND are now accepting applications for a full-time marketing/advertising salesperson; or for highly qualified applicants a selling sales management position.

The position involves working in person with area businesses on creative marketing ideas and radio advertising plans that will help them grow.  Required skills include use of common productivity software like Word, Excel and Publisher.  The ability to type effectively is a plus.

Radio sales is a rewarding but challenging career that requires years to master.  Applicants should possess assertiveness, organization and self-management; creativity; enthusiasm and resiliency.

Prior sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

This full-time position includes training; health benefits paid 50% and a family-friendly schedule. Compensation is based on qualifications and can include an extended salary as the individual eventually builds into greater full commissions.
