We are still hiring for the following positions for the 2018/19 Season:

- Lift Operations ($12-13.50 per hour starting wage)
- Ski and Snowboard Instructors
- Janitorial Service ($13 per hour starting wage)
- Line Cooks ($13-$14 per hour starting wage)
- Guest Services
- Rental Shop & Equipment Tuning Center

Employee Benefits
Welch Village employees are eligible to earn a free season pass, rental discounts, food service discounts, ski shop discounts and free skiing for family and friends (certain restrictions apply).

Any age requirements?
Age requirements vary throughout each department. If you are 14 or 15, you may work in food service or in the SkiLink Learning Center as ski or snowboard instructors for one of our kids programs. You must be at least 16 to work in lift operations, rental shop, retail shop, & ticket sales. All other departments require workers to be at least 18 years old.

General policies:
Welch Village is, of course, a seasonal business and thus open seven days a week. Our season is only four months long. Therefore, you MUST be willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, since these are the busiest times. Hours vary between departments.

What about paperwork?
Employees must complete a W-4 Form, Employment Verification Form (I-9), and sign the Welch Village Ski and Snowboard Area, Inc. drug and alcohol policy. These forms must be complete by your first day of employment.
