Agtegra Cooperative is hiring for a Dispatcher to serve our Highmore and Harrold locations. This person will be based out of the Agtegra Harrold location.

Position Summary:
- The Dispatcher position will work with Agronomists at multiple locations to provide clear direction to professional applicators across multiple locations to ensure equipment is dispatched to patrons in a timely and efficient manner. This position will also include warehouse responsibilities at the Harrold location as well as managing the RCI Safety program at the Harrold and Highmore locations. The right candidate should be customer focused with great attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Agronomists and mangers in organizing orders and fertilizer loads to keep equipment moving in an efficient manner
- Will account for, maintain and reconcile all inventory of chemical, seed and misc. on a monthly basis
- Ensures maps and directions are clear for applicators and truck drivers
- Works with agronomists, professional applicators and yard personnel to ensure equipment is dispatched and delivered to customers effectively
- Responsible for loading customers with seed and chemical from warehouse
- Responsible for keeping work area clean, organized and in optimal working condition
- Forklift Experience or ability to learn and operate safely
- Demonstrates teamwork be assisting in other areas as needed
- Operates in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to Agtegra PPE policies
- Position will require positive interaction with patrons
- In addition to the above duties the employee will also oversee RCI Safety program which includes new hire training along with annual training of employees and regulatory compliance
- Employee will also assist in E-maintenance record keeping
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 6-12 months related experience and or training
- Willing to train right applicant
- Applicant must have or be willing to obtain Class A CDL with endorsements and Commercial Applicators License
