The Worthington HRA has an opening for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician.
Some of the qualifications for this position include the following: A high School Diploma, janitorial skills, basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical and plumbing. The individual must be able to cooperate and work well with elderly and disabled tenants. This position does require someone that is mechanically inclined and must be able to operate power tools and hand tools.
This individual must have the ability to operate mechanical equipment such as a skid loader, lawn mower, and snow removal equipment and the individual must have a valid driver's license. This position does require the ability to lift 50 pounds or more and may involve heavy lifting and moving situations. This position may involve evening and weekend hours to assist with after-hours tenant emergency situations. This position does offer a competitive wage and health insurance and retirement benefits.
