Typical Day in the Life

A typical day as an Applications Specialist in Phoenix, AZ might include the following:

• Onsite support for the Help Desk while troubleshooting desktop and/or printer hardware issues.
• Provide Level II support for the Firm's critical applications.
• Provide consultation and/or training to users of computer and technology-based systems.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of various multi-user operating systems.
• Identify and resolve conflicts internally between technology and business objectives.

 

Who You Are

• You are inquisitive and enjoy learning about new technologies as well as industry sector developments.
• Your professional experience with PC hardware and software is not only diverse, but equally expansive.
• You are a multi-tasking master, and there has never been a deadline you could not meet.
• Customer service is your forte and you love helping others.
• You hold yourself to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality.
• In addition to all of this, you have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and have two years of experience in information technology systems, applications or support.

 

Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
