Overview

Titan Machinery operates one of the largest networks of full service agricultural and construction equipment stores in North America. We operate over 100 stores across North America and Europe. We are a very dynamic and progressive organization always searching for great people to become a part of the team.

This position is responsible for supporting the equipment wash facility operations at the store. Compensation is negotiable.

Responsibilities

  • Wash and detail equipment
  • Perform basic cleaning, maintenance, and organization of the equipment wash facilities
  • Perform various duties around the equipment wash facilities
  • Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor

  • Required:
    • Able to provide quality work

    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently and cost effectively

    • Demonstrated strong decision making and problem solving skills
    • Safety-minded work habits
    • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
    • Punctual
    • Ability to work extended hours when needed
    • Must be able to regularly and reliably attend work, according to the schedule established at store management discretion.
    • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
    • Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
    • Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
