Primary Responsibilities:

  • New Business ancillary sold case submissions that include Financial Protection products, for multiple markets
  • Review installation paperwork with the broker and collect all required information
  • Existing Business sold case submissions that include Financial Protection products, for multiple markets
  • Review installation paperwork with the broker and collect all required information.
  • Post - install audits to ensure accuracy
  • Provide proactive census reports post - install as confirmation of accurate install
  • Include ancillary collateral / links
  • Internal customer service to Sales Reps on all daily assignments as well as various questions and troubleshooting
  • Operational projects
  • Provide various open enrollment and eligibility support tasks
  • Involvement in Facets Kick - Out installations
  • Coordination and relationship management with Plan Changes and Case Installation
  • Build and maintains positive, constructive working relationships with Inside Sales RAEs / BAEs / DAEs / SSCs
  • Collateral / Mail fulfillment requests.
  • Ancillary product quoting for multiple markets
  • Discounting / Rate relief
  • Reporting
  • Assistance with monthly quoting for renewal building process
  • Specialty renewal packaging and communication to Brokers and Customers along with customer service
  • Eligibility change requests.
  • Coordinate with UW on retro - active changes that result from installation errors / confusion

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word including ability to create mail merges
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel including the ability to create basic formulas
  • Customer Service experience in a professional business environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Experience with Web - based and DOS systems experience, including Prime, Stream, Facets
  • Prior Health Care experience
