Job Description: The Vice-President, Strategy and Business Development has the principal responsibility for the oversight of the organization's strategy development and deployment, to integrate the strategy and budget processes in partnership with Finance, and to provide coordinated direction for business development activities. An important focus of the Vice-President, Strategy and Business Development, will include enhancing the organization's position as an Accountable Care Organization by taking advantage of the resources, continuum of care, market presence, and commitment to population health of Essentia Health. To that end, this individual will play a leadership role in helping to conceptualize, design, and implement processes to align individual, entity, market, and system goals and objectives.

Education Qualifications:
A Master's degree in business administration, health administration, public administration, or related fields required. A minimum of seven years of progressive, executive experience in a complex health related organization or a consulting firm; demonstrated knowledge of trends in healthcare delivery is essential.

Licensure/CertificationQualifications:
Experience in assessing the needs and opportunities associated with diverse marketplaces will be strongly preferred.
