JOB SUMMARY

Administer projects on a day-to-day basis, and verify that they produce the required deliverables of quality within the specified constraints of time and cost, and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.Ensures resource availability and allocation. Coordinate internal resources, third parties and vendors for the flawless execution of projects, while ensuring the delivery of all projects on time, within scope and within budget. Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in the project scope, schedule and costs. Manage relationships with all stakeholders, establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors. Report and escalate an issues to management as needed. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, and measure project performance using the appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Identify and assess risks and facilitate resolution to minimize project risks, and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Creates and organizes IT schedules and plans for multiple projects. Controls quality standards and budgeting in an ongoing IT project. Monitors every step in an IT project to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered on-time. Tracks and reports on the progress made in an IT project team. Controls quality standards and budgeting in an ongoing IT project. Assesses the potential synergies from combining common practices across teams. Mobilizes resources needed to get things done. Evaluates risk assessment models and techniques relevant to a specific line of business. Implements strategies for renewing or deepening change efforts. Works with clients to address critical issues and resolve major problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), Project Management Certification (PMP) or equivalent advanced training in project management preferred. Bachelor's degree and an advanced working knowledge with project management software and Microsoft Office required. At least three years of experience managing full lifecycle projects desired.
