JOB SUMMARY

Maintain and enforce corporate brand standards, and ensure the integrity of Sanford Health’s brand across the enterprise. Develop and manage brand compliance processes. Deliver constructive feedback to adapt the style and quality standards of the brand team, and follow a variety of detailed processes to review different types of content. Assist in producing, implementing and training on brand standards and audit process. Communicate audit progress and findings by preparing reports in formats appropriate for various audiences during meetings. Use workflow software tools to manage the review process. Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to ensure the meeting of compliance standards with their advertising and materials. Develop a holistic approach to brand compliance that includes logo/brand usage, promotion and claims, health and marketing related disclaimers, trademarks, spelling and message positioning. Recommend opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure. Review marketing materials for brand compliance and take responsibility for the integrity of Sanford Health's in-market advertising capital. Lead brand and content audits for network materials to ensure they meet brand standards and inventory accordingly. Review, markup and provide compliance guidance for marketing materials. Identify and escalate compliance issues related to standards and guidelines. Proofread marketing and advertising materials, and perform quality assurance on all delivered materials. Conduct quality control measures to ensure brand compliance by examining and analyzing marketing materials. Must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, and be able to work independently or in a team environment, and under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitors progress continuously and adjusts tactics for handling situations on a case by case basis. Utilizes specific approaches and tools for checking and cross-checking outputs. Assesses considerations for matching the format and style to audience needs. Documents established audit processes, practices and procedures. Participates in audits of specific processes or functions. Helps solve business problems and meet business goals through collaborative processes. Communicates well downward, upward, and outward. Delivers written and oral communication, responds to questions and concerns, and produce specific outcomes and impact. Defines key learning objectives for training sessions. Adheres to organizational standards and procedures for the current marketing plan. Participates in implementing major marketing programs and initiatives. Works with a specific marketing support application. Utilizes a specific approach for gathering input from customers and market makers. Assists in evaluating relevant regulatory considerations and agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, journalism or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, and experience with enforcing brand standards, conducting audits, quality management and reporting required. Expert knowledge of review software, such as Adobe Acrobat and Reader, also required. A working knowledge of AP style writing and editing, and of Adobe Acrobat Professional and Design Suite preferred.
