Head Start Family Support Coordinator

This position coordinates and provides direct support services to Head Start families through case management, home visits, family needs assessment, family goals, resource and referrals, establishing and maintaining community partnerships, and doing recruitment/enrollment.

This position requires one of the following: 
1) Family Service Credential Certificate and two years of related experience; or
2) an associate degree in human services;
or preferably 3) a 4 year degree in human services.

Must have a strong commitment to BI-CAP’s values of collaboration, innovation and compassion as well as a respect for diversity. Wage $16.35 hr. DOQ, 40hrs/wk w/benefits. Applicants must meet DHS & MN Rule 3 licensing requirements
