CNA/PCA

Diamond Willow of Cloquet is always accepting applications for Certified Nursing Assistants- CNA’s and Personal Care Attendants-PCA’s for days, evenings and nights. These positions are responsible for providing personal care, delegated nursing and medical care designed to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.

Your experience will PAY at Diamond Willow!

Experience pay is available for CNA's and PCA's.

Salary Range Based on Experience:

CNA's: $13.50/hr. - $15.00/hr.

PCA's: $12.50/hr. - $14.00/hr.

Shift Differentials will be paid in addition to your base wage for working the PM and NOC shifts.

PM Shift Differential: additional $.50/hr.

NOC Shift Differential: additional $1.00/hr.

**All employees may be eligible for a quarterly BONUS paid at $.50/hr.(bonus amounts increase with years of service). A nice EXTRA check!

Qualifications

We are looking for applicants that exhibit great communication skills, strong work ethic, and team-player attitudes. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
