Job Description: Presents ongoing educational programs to end users in varied learning environments to meet the needs of internal business clients/service lines. Assesses user needs through regular onsite visits to provide support and proactive service, escalates support needs as required. Works under direct supervision to effectively scope, plan for, and deliver on customer requests. Assists with duties relating assessment of workflow, implementation and training of lower complexity support and basic support/maintenance of end user tools for clinical applications. Provides support to users during technology learning programs to ensure successful competence; may conduct post implementation review of program. Is highly responsive to customers and shows an aptitude for the documentation of customer requirements. Able to understand and demonstrate adult education principles.

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required with a preference in business, education, healthcare, information services or related field of study OR associate's degree required with a preference in business, education, healthcare, information services, or related field and 2 years' experience in business, education, healthcare, information services, or related field OR 4 years' experience in business, education, healthcare, information services or related field.
