Safety Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help us create and improve safety programs. Applicant will be responsible for on-boarding, training and enforcement of all construction related OSHA regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Providing consultation and advice to the construction staff and assisting them to maintain a safe working environment to comply with safety regulations, practices and standards.

-Assisting the superiors to enforce the safety policy.

-Training the construction staff on various safety topics.

-Establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship with representatives from regulatory organizations.

Requirements and Abilities:

-Ability to develop and deliver safety training programs.

-Ability to effectively and clearly communicate both orally and in writing.

-Good judgment, analytical and problem solving skills.

-Detail oriented and accurate.

-Demonstrated ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

-Prefer a minimum 6 months of work experience directly related to safety and OSHA regulations.
