New Position
Registered Nurse/Public Health Nurse
Nurse Home Visitor & MnChoices Assessor
Position will be located in the Yellow Medicine County office in Granite Falls. This position requires a compassionate, organized, flexible and self directed nurse with strong advocacy and teaching skills.
Responsibilities will include home visiting for first time mothers and their families and MnChoices assessments of individuals of all ages.
Requirements are a valid Minnesota RN license with a 4 year degree. PHN certification preferred. Valid MN drivers license required. Strongly desirable qualifications include past experience with home visiting and young families and working with diverse populations. Requires flexible schedule and travel. Rate of pay is $23.91-$32.54/hour based on experience. Work week is 35 hours.
