Job Details
Patient Care Coordinator primary purpose is to provide direct and indirect provision of professional nursing care of the patients and accountability for all nursing functions on the acute care nursing area.
40 hours per week, will include 12 hour shifts on the acute care nursing floor, as lead RN and office time to complete nursing management tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in Emergency Room, Obstetrics, Medical and Surgical Nursing, preferred
- Prior experience in nursing management, preferred
- Excellent people skills that demonstrate trust, safety and connection
- Ability to supervise and lead nursing staff, strong organizational skills
- Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing; Bachelor of Nursing preferred but not required or in active pursuit of a Bachelor of Nursing Degree
- Current Minnesota RN license, with no stipulations.
