Job Details
Description: This position is responsible for relationship building with customers and drivers, including actively managing a group of drivers, while assisting with transportation needs and managing key business objectives. Involves dispatch and communication with customers and other driver managers. Accountable for ensuring safe standards of operation while meeting customer pick up and delivery requirements.
Requirements: Must have at least one year experience in a high-volume, fast-paced direct Dispatch environment. TMS/TMW Software experience preferred. Participate in team environment and communicate effectively. Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
Pay: Competitive Salary DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, (5:00am-1:30pm), hours may vary based on business need
