Job Details

Diamond Willow of Lester Park is is looking for a Full Time House Coordinator.

Job Shift:  Days, Monday - Friday with the availability to be on call

Benefits:  Paid Time Off, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Free Meals

Salary:  Starting wage is $15.19 per hour

**All employees may be eligible for a quarterly BONUS paid at $.50/hr.(Bonus amount increases with years of service.)  A nice EXTRA check!

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the role of personal care attendants, and assisting in their job functions when necessary creating a team atmosphere
  • Supervisory tasks, scheduling, payroll, shopping, ordering, payables
  • Conducting small group activities with residents
  • Various household tasks

Qualifications

  • Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to occasionally fill in when needed, which may be a night shift, afternoon shift or a weekend
  • Great communications skills
  • Professionalism
