Summary
The Sugarbeet and Potato Research Unit located in Fargo, ND is seeking a Research Plant Pathologist (Research Associate). This is a full time, temporary appointment Not-to-Exceed 2 years. The mission of this Unit is to improve the quality and profitability of sugarbeet and potato through fundamental research on germplasm enhancement, crop protection, and post harvest physiology.
** This is a temporary appointment Not-to-Exceed 2 years, with possible extension of 2 additional years **
The Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is the United States Department of Agricultures chief scientific research agency and one of the worlds premiere scientific organizations. ARS Postdoctoral Research Associates are hired to supplement a lead scientist's research on agricultural problems of high national priority affecting American agriculture.
