Department: 48300 Treasury & Insurance Admin
Job Description: This position is responsible for all cash and investment management of the corporate portfolios, to include advising or directing all long-term pension, foundation and self-insurance funds. This position also works with management of Essentia Health Insurance Services (EHIS) in setting up and monitoring self-insured programs and coordinating the purchase of other insurance. This position also administers the short-term debt programs of the organization (lines of credit and commercial paper) and assists the CFO in developing strategies to minimize interest rate cost and risks on the organization's capital structure.
Education Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
A graduate degree in finance or related area of primary study preferred and at least ten years of progressive experience in a complex corporate environment.
Licensure/CertificationQualifications:
Certificates, Licenses & Designations:
Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) and Cash Management certifications are desirable.
