Melet Plastics in Fargo specializes in compression thermoforming and blow molding. We strive for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. We're looking for a motivated individual to join our manufacturing team as a Quality Technician.
General Duties
* Visual and dimensional inspections of parts during manufacturing processes
* Assistance in new part qualification and PPAP (production part approval process) documentation
* Communicate quality concerns to production operators
* Writing, implementing, and maintaining work instructions
* Assist in manufacturing processes
* Maintain quality documentation
General Qualifications Required
* Experience in Quality field
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent writing skills, grammar, & understanding of MS office
* Strong organizational skills
* Able to communicate effectively - verbal and written
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at one time
* Proactive & positive attitude
* Able to work without supervision or in a team environment
* Basic understanding of ERP systems
Additional Qualifications (not required)
* General understanding of Quality Management Systems
* ISO 9001:2015 experience
Working Environment
* Physical Demands: walking, standing, sitting, and keyboarding
* Exposures: odors, noise, and moving parts
