Job Details
Manage daily operations of the clinical team to ensure optimum quality patient/family care. Effectively coordinate clinical operations in collaboration with other clinical managers, senior managers and directors, and all team staff, drawing on resources to achieve common goals. Promote teamwork as a way to generate positive results.
Qualifications
- Nursing degree required, BSN preferred Experience in skilled nursing facility leadership, MDS (minimum data set) and hospice experience preferred Communication, organization, prioritization skills Ability to direct and develop team members Ability to act decisively to effectively deal with changing priorities
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Required
- Current state licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota Current drivers license and auto insurance
