We’re built on exceptional client service, creativity and teamwork.The Media Specialist must have a passion for strategic media planning and measurement. In this small team environment, you will also be able to utilize your marketing skills by assisting with various strategic marketing and media campaigns for Click Content Studios. Click is a subsidiary of Forum Communications Co.

Primary responsibilities inclue:

  • Develop media plans by identifying target audiences and ideal media outlets based on client needs, ratings data, and viewer demographics. Create media plans with recommended media mix and frequency.
  • Negotiate, schedule and buy appropriate media.
  • Assist with reconciliation and billing on media invoices.
  • Adjust media marketing schedules as the need arises due to changes in performance and optimization strategies.
  • Take the lead on research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences to support ongoing media and marketing campaigns.
  • Track and measure media and marketing outcomes and customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction and business success.
  • Plan, manage and monitor paid social and digital media channels.
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our client’s brands, businesses and products; participate in brainstorming and media strategy sessions.
  • Identify and help execute new/emerging media content distribution strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in the field of media strategy, in a business or agency setting
  • Demonstrable experience with media, marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
  • Proven customer/user experience
  • Experience with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
  • Excellent verbal communication skills Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, broad knowledge and understanding of current media technologies and challenges, and demonstrated experience in evaluating emerging media technology and long-range strategic planning
  • Ability to turn ideas into action
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that is insurable by the company.
  • Must carry an acceptable level of vehicle insurance as required by the company.
