West-Con, a progressive, innovative Coop, is looking for self-motivated, positive applicants.
West-Con is currently accepting applications for an experienced mechanic for the Appleton, MN & Twin Brooks, SD locations
Responsible for Maint & repair on semi tractors, trailers, pay loaders, skidsters, forklifts, terragators and other farm equipment. Must have mechanical skills, with 2 yrs experience of diesel mechanics. Must have current driver license & good driving record. Class A CDL preferred. Prefer DOT, AC and Commercial tire certifications (will train). Must have experience/understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, seals, & gearboxes, couplings, fabricating parts, welding, and safe mechanical practices. Ability to read & fill out reports, safety background a plus.
