Job Details
This full time position is responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers with accurate quoting and keying of orders and solving related issues and requests in a professional and timely manner. Also be able to provide CAD drawings per request for Commercial and Residential Customer Service. Successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to multi-task, CAD experience and 3-5 years industry experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Necessary skills and knowledge include:
- Good communication skills and a team player
- CAD / drafting / design experience required
- Knowledge of industry and terminology
- Post-Secondary education in CAD preferred or equivalent CAD experience
