Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Float

Are you that someone that has a positive attitude and is compassionate, caring, a good listener, responsible, and trustworthy? Do you want to make an impact in the life of someone else?
As a DSP float, you would be responsible for supporting people in the attainment of their personal outcomes and desires. You would work to establish a positive and respectful relationship with each person served and assist and/or support them in their day-to-day routines within their home and community.

Certified Nursing Assistant’s (CNA’s), Personal Care Assistants (PCA’s), Home Health Aid’s (HHA’s), and caregivers make fantastic DSP Floats.

Scheduling:
Floats can expect to work from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm during the week and from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm every other weekend.

Salary:
$13.00/hr plus training incentives.
$1 differential for weekend shifts

Requirements:
The float position requires at least one year's experience working directly with individuals with disabilities.
The float position requires a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
