Department: 46190 Training & Support - Rev Cycle
Job Description: Provide continuing education and analysis including the development and implementation of training programs. Provides training specific project management oversight in Revenue Services including planning, implementation and tracking of specific short-term training projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: creation of training materials using instructional design techniques, eLearning development; provide training to Revenue Services staff, editing and publishing newsletters, testing of system and product upgrades, creation and updates of department level workflow and processes, and will be responsible for the on-going evaluation and modification of training to meet the changing needs of Essentia Health. Prioritizing project and educational needs across the revenue cycle and has a strong understanding of operational policies and procedures.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communication, education, business, or healthcare related field.
Preferred experience in collections, prior authorizations and/or medical necessity criteria review
Licensure/CertificationQualifications:
Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.
