Information Technology Technician Job Description (PDF)
The City of West Fargo is seeking an Information Technology Technician to perform various technical activities in support of the City's information technology systems and network. This position will provide on-call service and process user requests, while maintaining security and confidentiality of stored information. The Information Technology Technician will also be required to record meetings, some scheduled outside of regular working hours.
An Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a closely related field and two years of related experience in information technology administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Comp TIA A+ certification is also required. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and highly organized.
Starting rate is $19.47 per hour.
