The Account Specialist will work within our Grand Forks (ND) home office, located in the heart of downtown. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, energetic, and detail orientated individual. EMG is one of the region's largest assisted living provider and senior housing developer, with operations in 56 locations in 7 States, employing nearly 2,300 people. Minimum Requirements

• Accounts Payables - Sort and post invoices, monitor use of preferred vendors, and generate vendor checks.
• Accounts Receivable - Compile necessary resident information to process billing, input resident data into QuickBooks efficiently and accurately on a daily basis, and answer phone inquiries from residents and/or families in a polite and timely manner. 
• Medicaid/Insurance Billing - Process monthly Medicaid billing using electronic software, current knowledge of state Medicaid regulations, and handle insurance company billing
• Assist finance team with month end reporting procedures
