Maintenance Technician

Seeking a competent individual that works safe and efficiently.  This position assists in the operation and maintenance of the Wolf Ridge grounds and facilities, including the Energy Center (heating plant) and all other campus buildings, driveways, vehicles, pathways, and general construction projects.  This includes the repair and maintenance of all things related to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and construction infrastructure of 7 main buildings and an additional 9 outbuildings.  Other projects include: new construction, landscaping, installs, and extermination.

Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, be a team player, sensibly trouble shoot, problem solve, repair, maintain, give and take direction, in all operations listed.  Possess professional customer service skills and a trusting and friendly personality as children are regularly present in working areas.  This position shares some on call duty for 24/7 response along with three other maintenance personnel.  Periodic weekend work will be required.  Looking for experienced personnel, but quick learners are welcome to apply with no experience.  Heavy equipment experience is preferred.  Wage will be commensurate upon experience and skill sets.
