Universal Banker

With total assets exceeding $1.6 billion and a financial team of over 370 dedicated banking professionals, FIRST DAKOTA NATIONAL BANK is seeking a full-time Universal Banker to join our Mitchell team. Hours vary Monday-Friday 8:35-5:35 and rotating Saturdays 8-12.

Candidates must support and engage in First Dakota’s culture for exceptional customer service. 

• Greet customers as they enter the bank and assist them to the proper area
• Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, endorsement and negotiability of transaction
• Cash checks and pay money from customer’s account upon verification of signature and account balance  
• Identify needs of customers and cross-sell banking products and services
• Provide ongoing relationship servicing with customers to maintain goodwill and gain additional business
• Prepare and compile new customer applications to open new accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding account or additional services
